Return & Refund Policy
At JMBricklayer, we want you to enjoy a smooth, worry-free experience from the moment you place your order. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused, unbuilt, and in its complete original packaging.
- All inner numbered bags, instructions, and collectible boxes are intact.
- You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
2. What Can’t Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Digital gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Clearance, flash sale, or final sale items
- Items that have been partially assembled or modified (unless experiencing factory defects)
3. How to Start a Return
Drop us an email at support@jmbricklayer.com with:
- Your order number (e.g. #JM-12345)
- A brief description of the item(s) you wish to return
- Photos of the outer box and packaging seal
Note: Unless the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong set delivered), the customer is responsible for return postage to our nearest regional fulfillment warehouse.
4. Refunds Process
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package, we will notify you of receipt and refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items Guarantee
Oh no! If you received a set with damaged outer packaging, defective parts, or the wrong item was sent, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will immediately expedite a free replacement set or issue a 100% full refund at no extra cost to you.
